Title: Olympic Spinach Dip

Yield: 12 Servings

2pkChopped frozen spinach;
  . 10oz each, thawed &
  . drained
1cParsley; chopped
1/3cParmesan cheese; grated
4tsOnion; chopped
1cMayonnaise
1tsSalt
1/4tsGarlic powder
2tsPepper
1/8tsDried thyme
1/2 Lemon; juiced
1/2tsHot pepper sauce
  Crackers for dippers

Mix all ingredients except crackers thoroughly and chill at least 4 hours. Serve with crackers.

Makes 12 to 16 servings.
